A very stressful event happened to me yesterday. So stressful that our family had already talked it out,but I still needed to vent some frustration. Luckily I went down my list and found the perfect person to talk to. I’m grateful to that angel of mercy that had the time and inclination to listen to me rant and rave about a situation enough to calm my nerves down enough that I could get some sleep last night.
Speaking of sleep, although I’ve managed to get my pattern back to somewhat near normal, I’m still having terri
ble nightmares. The dream catcher I have just doesn’t seem to work as well as it used to. Any Ideas?
